Description: Our office is an experienced full time, full service Constable office. Each one of our officers has been trained in every aspect of Civil Process which allows for a multifaceted group of individuals. Each Officer is also a Notary Public. Currently our office consists of 6 Officers that directly cover Boston and lead one of our Warrant Apprehension Task Force, Eviction Task Force or Judgment Recovery Task Force teams. We also have an additional 45 Constables that posses multiple town appointments and they assist us in a majority of the surrounding counties and towns. Our office is a “one stop, one shop” Constable office. Do not jeopardize your case to an inaccurate serving. Many offices enlist a legally questionable 4C motion for appointment of Special Process Server to complete actions in non-appointed jurisdictions. THESE MOTIONS DO NOT GRANT A CONSTABLE LEGAL AUTHORITY IN NON-APPOINTED JURISDICTIONS AND CAN CAUSE YOU THE CASE.* Suffolk County Constable’s Office Serves: Summons and Complaints Subpoenas and Probate matters state-wide (non-jurisdictional requirement) Capias Arrest warrants Landlord services including 14 and 30 day notices Summary Process and Evictions Letters and notices of all types Notary Services Rush and emergency service available. If you are looking for superior service and effort I would very much like our office to be of service. We are open 6 days a week and we are always available to answer questions surrounding process and procedure.
